A Little About Trillium

The Trillium is the official flower of the province of Ontario, Canada, the homeland of Trillium Behavioral Health’s owner, Cheri Worcester. The three petals of the Trillium represent the core of Trillium Behavioral Health-building Culturally Sensitive, Compliance and Clinical skills for families, caregivers and professionals, to build a strong stem foundation—Competence. Competence in these 3 key areas leads to safe, trauma and culture informed, person centered care that provides for greatest quality of life and skill improvement for those in our charge and in the learning professional.

Trillium Behavioral Health owner, Cheri Worcester, Ed.D, BCBA-D, LBA, NADD-CC, MBA, is an experienced Doctoral Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Clinical Case Manager with 25 years of experience in behavioral assessment, treatment planning, intervention, parent and staff coaching, program design and quality improvement.

Licensed in 4 states (Virginia, Washington, Texas and Utah), Nationally Certified by both the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and National Association for the Dually Diagnosed (NADD) and a certified senior-level trainer through the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) with Autism and Trauma specialty certifications, Dr. Worcester is committed to providing creative, compassionate, inclusive, person centered care to individuals and families living with mental health diagnoses as well as intellectual and developmental disabilities through provision of professional consultation and coaching education to families, professionals and teams across educational, community, residential, vocational, employment and medical settings.
